Caleb Lowman began his career in financial services while still in college. He owned a successful real estate research firm and attended the University of Florida, where he graduated with high honors and a degree in international business, a minor in economics, and a certificate in international relations.
After graduation, Caleb decided to pursue his passion for the markets and investment planning by joining Morgan Stanley in Fort Myers, FL. While there, Caleb achieved several notable milestones: CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Estate Planning Consultant, Rule 144 (Restricted Stock) Specialist, Vice President, and Wealth Advisor.
His experience during the 2008-2009 financial crisis brought Caleb to the realization that he could better serve high-net-worth clients by offering them a truly independent alternative. With a dedication to clients, resources focused for high-net-worth families, and a commitment to excellence and honesty, Caleb has positioned Lighthouse Wealth Management as a beacon for successful families during financial storms.

Caleb is a native Floridian and enjoys boating, fishing, and scuba diving with his family, and he is also dedicated to the study of several Filipino Martial Arts.
Glen Rauch has been on Wall Street for more than 45 years, and he was the President and CEO of Glen Rauch Securities for more than 20 years. First and foremost, Glen believes his clients are the company’s most important asset, and he is now able to further commit to that belief through a working relationship with Caleb Lowman and Lighthouse Wealth Management.

Glen and his team are focused on building long-standing relationships with his clients, many of which have been maintained for more than three decades.
When creating individual and institutional portfolios, Glen uniquely positions those portfolios to the requirements of the person or company – thus, no two portfolios are exactly the same. His expertise has allowed for him to manage investments for a variety of entities, from well-known professional athletes to people in the entertainment world to doctors, lawyers, and business owners.

Since graduating in 2001 from Utah State University with bachelor’s degrees in finance and Spanish, Craig White has held positions in the construction, shipping, banking, and IT industries. Most recently, however, he worked as a Relationship Associate for Gartner, covering part of Ohio and Mexico, and as an account manager for USI.
Craig has now been with Lighthouse Wealth Management since the end of 2018. Craig is passionate about helping clients fulfill their goals and takes pride in assisting them during periods of transition. He has been married for nearly 15 years, and he lives with his wife and their three children in southwest Florida.
Janna Sirmans started in the financial industry in 1992 at Advest, Inc., where she was an assistant to the Branch Manager, before quickly becoming the Operations Manager. After the company closed, Janna then transferred to Morgan Stanley Dean Witter as an assistant to a seasoned broker. While employed there, Janna became Series 7 registered and became the backup Operations Manager.
In 1996, Janna received an offer from Merrill Lynch, which gave her more opportunities to quickly grow within the financial field. At Merrill Lynch, Janna earned the Series 63 and 65 (now Series 66) registrations, as well as insurance licenses for Life, Health and Variable Annuities, and earned the designation of Registered Paraplanner (now Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™) from the College for Financial Planning. She also became a Financial Advisor. In 2002, however, Janna decided to return to administrative functions in the brokerage industry and became the Registered Office Administrator for an independent brokerage firm in Naples, FL.
Janna returned to Morgan Stanley the following year and was the Registered Client Service Associate Senior for a top producing team, on which Caleb Lowman worked as a Financial Advisor. A few years later, Janna decided to pursue her own business dreams and retired from the financial industry.
A little over a decade ago, Janna was contacted by Caleb and asked to join Lighthouse Wealth Management, LLC. After completing her registration requirements for reinstatement, she became the Senior Registered Operations Manager and Senior Registered Administrative Manager, making her responsible for the everyday operations of the business, as well as compliance and client administration. Since joining the practice, her career has continued to flourish.
Janna has been married to her husband, Rich, for nearly 30 years, and they have two children. They are excited to see their family grow in the near future. Away from the office, Janna and Rich proudly support Special Olympics, as her special needs cousin is a Global Messenger for the organization.
Judy Lowman joined Lighthouse Wealth Management, LLC, in 2018 and became Series 7 registered in 2019. Backed by over 25 years of experience in Investor Relations as a Structured Finance Transaction Manager, Judy has worked with the largest issuers of Mortgage Backed Securities, including Bank of America and Wells Fargo & Company. At Bank of America, she was a Senior Vice President and managed the non-conforming securitization program, Banc of America Mortgage Securities, Inc. (BOAMS). She served as principal liaison to the Rating Agencies, providing data and program information that supported successful deal closure and accurate bond ratings.
After more than 10 years with Bank of America, Judy joined Wells Fargo & Company as a Vice President in the Capital Markets division. She led efforts to re-engineer the securitization program of jumbo mortgages to comply with new regulations which were imposed after the mortgage crisis of 2008. Judy assisted in strategically implementing the initial Credit Risk Transactions at Wells Fargo & Company, in an effort to reduce loan delivery expenses to Fannie Mae and expanded market share of programmatic issuance.
Judy holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida State University. She spends her leisure time volunteering in the community teaching self-reliance classes and sponsors several charities, including Love is Fur Ever Dog Rescue in Fort Myers, FL. Both she and her husband, Dan, are the proud owners of two rescue pups, Shelby and Mickey.
Tara Lowman joined Lighthouse Wealth Management, LLC, in December of 2008 as the head of the practice's marketing and client appreciation efforts. She has helped the practice navigate both the changing regulatory environment and deepen community involvement through charity outreach and support. Tara’s determined focus on the client experience has solidified Lighthouse Wealth Management’s core growth strategy, which is to serve our clients beyond their expectations, so that when the opportunity to share their experience with our advisors presents itself, our clients are excited to invite friends and family to meet us.
In the community, Tara has a passion for the arts in the public education arena and has been involved with the North Fort Myers Academy for the Arts as a past president, and she has also volunteered with TAG, The nationally acclaimed a cappella group from Cypress Lake High School.
Tara attended the University of Florida and is an avid Gators fan.
