Our Approach

Lighthouse Wealth Management typically focuses on estate and legacy planning strategies during the initial phase of our client relationships. We review your current estate plan in conjunction with your estate planning professional to help ensure it is up to date and properly structured to protect you, your family and your wealth. This includes planning for the successful transfer and distribution of your assets, so you know your family members will be cared for and your wishes will be followed. Our team will also help you integrate your investment and estate planning strategies or evaluate potential approaches from a tax perspective as a component of wealth transfer planning.

Once your estate and legacy planning strategies are solidified, we move into the portfolio review phase. A core tenet of our investment management approach is that capital markets reward investors over the long-term for the risk taken in those markets. We also understand that these markets can be extremely volatile and pose a significant risk to the successful completion of our clients’ ultimate life goals.

As a key component of our investment management approach, we build a comprehensive goal-based asset allocation for each client. This asset allocation is comprised of stocks, bonds, cash alternatives, and when appropriate, alternative investments, that are derived from their personal investment plan with a focus on providing sustainable lifestyle income.

While our team obviously can’t control how the markets perform, we can work with you to help keep your investment strategy on track and help you manage the amount of risk you are willing to take to achieve your goals.

Lighthouse Wealth Management and Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network are not legal or tax advisors. However, we will be glad to work with you, your accountant, tax advisor and or lawyer to help you meet your financial goals.
